Or do you find that you've reached a stage of your life with overwhelming challenges, and you've lost your zest for life...your self-confidence, empowerment or presence of mind?

The human mind is incredibly powerful - our feelings, especially unwanted feelings, are the result of thought patterns and belief systems that we were taught and inherited. But there is hope, over time these patterns can be identified and changed! Anyanna is a certified Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT) Coach or Mindset Life Coach trained in methods and techniques to help you restructure your thought patterns for optimum wellness to help you create the life you desire. She is also undergoing a certification in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which will be completed soon.

EMPATHIC LISTENING

Empathic listening is a really great way to get started with coaching and working with Anyanna. Throughout our lives we encounter challenges and experience difficult situations and there is no one unbiased in our immediate vicinity we can turn to to just listen and acknowledge what we are going through. Part of the healing process involves being seen, heard, witnessed, and acknowledged for the events we experience and how it makes us feel. Anyanna lends an ear when you need someone to just simply listen attentively with non-judgment and create a safe space so you can be open and honest about what you're feeling, and simply be yourself to help you process a difficult experience. During your call, should you choose, she can also send you healing energy to help you process, move and release any stagnant energy and emotions through you.

All calls are held over Zoom or FaceTime, and the current turn around time to book is 1-2 days:

30 min call: $50

30 min call + energy healing: $75

1-hr call: $100

1-hr call + energy healing: $150
